Habit-1: Set Realistic Goals

We often are driven by the goals that we set for ourselves. The trick is to define clear, achievable goals to give your life a purpose and direction. Small and achievable goals keep us happy on regular basis. These act  like slow releasing nutrients for happiness. We all know no moment for happiness lasts for long. It’s always better to celebrate small things in regular intervals than to wait for a big one for years.

Habit-2: No Entry for Negative Thought

Just paint a “No-Entry” sign for the negative thoughts in your mind. The best way to do this is to have mind which is negative thought proof. Just stop negative thoughts then and there when they know at your mind’s door. Challenge them and replace them with affirmations that empowers you internally.

Habit-3 : Prioritizing Self-Care

Take care of your physical and mental well-being through regular exercise, a balanced diet, and relaxation by Yoga. Buy a Smart watch and challenge yourself with a 100 more steps each day until you reach 10,000 steps per day. Walking is the best medicine. Make sure you are taking regular break to visit new places and spending enough time in nature to nurture the emotional well- being . As as human beings our genetics demands us to be more in nature to come to it’s natural state.

Every day talk to a friend who you have not spoken for a long time. Make a surprise call to your friend and feel the magic of it .Talking to someone who we like, helps us release happy chemicals in our body which boost our happiness.
